摘要
目的:探究双源CTFlash扫描技术在心脏三维成像中降低辐射剂量的临床应用价值。方法:选取2017年7月—2018年7月我院CT室接收的550例需要行CT心脏扫描的患者进行研究,随机分成两组。观察组(270例)采取双源CT Flash扫描技术,对照组(280例)采取常规心脏三维扫描技术,对比两组的扫描结果与辐射剂量使用情况。结果:两组患者的图像质量评分差异无统计学意义,P> 0.05;观察组的辐射剂量显著少于对照组,P <0.05。结论:双源CT Flash扫描技术应用于心脏三维成像中,可显著降低辐射剂量,获取高质量的诊断图像,具有较高的临床诊断价值。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of dual-source CT Flash scanning technology in reducing radiation dose in three-dimensional imaging of heart.Methods A total of 550 patients who underwent CT cardiac scans from July 2017 to July 2018 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into two groups.The observation group(270 cases)adopted the dual-source CT Flash scanning technique,and the control group(280 cases) took the conventional cardiac threedimensional scanning technology to compare the scanning results and radiation dose usage of the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in image quality score between the two groups(P > 0.05).The radiation dose of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P < 0.05.Conclusion Dual-source CT Flash scanning technology is applied to three-dimensional imaging of the heart,which can significantly reduce the radiation dose and obtain high-quality diagnostic images,which has high clinical diagnostic value.
