超声弹性成像与常规超声诊断甲状腺良恶性结节的比较分析

Comparative analysis of ultrasonic elastography and conventional ultrasonography in diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules

目的:对于甲状腺良恶性结节按照超声弹性成像以及常规超声诊断的综合价值进行分析。方法:本研究选取病例126例,均为本院2018年1月—2018年12月所接诊,所有患者在入院后均接受常规超声诊断以及超声弹性成像,并将诊断结果与手术病理检测结果进行比较。结果:通过对准确性进行统计,超声弹性成像存在优势,P <0.05。结论:超声弹性成像在诊断甲状腺良恶性结节中具备有极高的准确性,可为临床诊断提供重要依据,可帮助该部分患者尽快得到确诊。

Objective To analyze the comprehensive value of ultrasonic elastography and conventional ultrasonography in diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods 126 cases were selected in this study,all of which were admitted from January 2018 to December 2018.All patients were admitted to the hospital for conventional ultrasound diagnosis and ultrasonic elastography,and the results were compared with the results of surgical pathology examination.Results There was an advantage in ultrasonic elastography by measuring accuracy,P < 0.05.Conclusion Ultrasonic elastography has high accuracy in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules,which can provide an important basis for clinical diagnosis and can help these patients to be diagnosed as soon as possible.
