局部放大功能在甲状腺微小结节良恶性鉴别诊断中的价值

The Value of ultrasonic local amplification in differential between diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid micro nodules

目的:探讨超声局部放大功能对甲状腺微小结节良恶性鉴别诊断的价值。方法:回顾性分析经手术证实病理结果的89名患者103个结节的常规超声及使用局部放大功能的声像图资料,对常规超声声像图特征与使用局部放大功能后声像图特征进行对照研究,观察指标包括结节的边界、边缘形态、内部钙化大大小形态、周边及内部血流。结果:103个微小结节中,恶性结节74例(71.8%),良性结节29例(28.1%),74例恶性结节使用局部放大功能后,病灶边缘的毛刺症、内部微钙化以及血流显示率都明显提高,29例良性结节内部回声及血流模式较常规超声显示的更为清晰。结论:局部放大功能对甲状腺良恶性鉴别诊断有较高的应用价值,弥补了常规超声的的不足。

Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonic local amplification function in differential diagnosis between benign and malignant thyroid micro nodules.Methods The ultrasonic and after using local amplification function characteristics of 103 thyroid micro nodules in 89 patients confirmed by operations and pathology were analyzed retrospective.The conventional ultrasonic and the local amplification of ultrasonographic were compared,observation indexes including nodular morphology edge,edge form,large size calcification within the form,peripheral and internal blood flow.Results In the 103 nodules,there were 74 malignant nodules(71.8%)and 29 benign nodules(28.1%),74 cases of malignant nodules using local amplification function,on the edge of the lesion microcalcification and burr,internal blood flow display rate are improved obviously,29 cases of benign nodules internal echo than conventional ultrasound showed more clear.Conclusion The local amplification function of thyroid nodule benign and malignant differential diagnosis has higher application value and make up for the deficiency of the conventional ultrasound.
