核磁共振成像用于卵巢肿瘤的影像特征及应用价值分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的:本研究旨在分析核磁共振成像用于卵巢肿瘤的影像特征及应用价值。方法:选取我院收治的符合复发性卵巢肿瘤病理检查和诊断标准的患者250例作为研究对象,按照随机数字法将患者随机分为5组,分别为CT组,MRI组,PET组,CA125组以及CA125-MRI组。每组50例,T组患者进行常规行CT检查,MRI患者进行常规MRI检查,PET组患者进行常规PET检查,CA125组患者进行常规CA125,CA125-MRI组患者使用CA125和MRI双重检查。比较各组对复发性卵巢癌的特异性、敏感性、曲线下面积。结果:CA125-MRI组患者对良恶性肿瘤的特异性、敏感性均显著高于其他各组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:A125-MRI可以提供比CA125更多的信息,MRI是对当前CA125方法的重要补充。
