探讨多层螺旋CT与DR对肺结核诊断及治疗后疗效判定的应用价值

The application value of multi-slice spiral CT and DR in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT与DR在肺结核的诊断及治疗后疗效判定的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析我院2016年4月—2018年4月收治的195例肺结核患者的临床资料,全部病例均经多层螺旋CT及DR检查,比较两组(CT组、DR组)中诊断方法的漏诊率、误诊率,患者治疗前后的检查效果与证实结果的符合率。结果:多层螺旋CT的漏诊率、误诊率均低于DR组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。多层螺旋CT显示治疗后病灶吸收判定的准确性与观察空洞闭合及缩小率高于DR组,具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CT在肺结核的诊断和治疗后疗效的判定中有较高的应用价值,优于DR。

Objective To explore the application value of multi-slice spiral CT and DR in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods The clinical data of 195 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.All cases were examined by multi-slice spiral CT and DR.The rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of diagnostic methods in the two groups(CT group and DR group)were compared,and the coincidence rate between the results of examination and the confirmed results was compared before and after treatment.Results The missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of multi-slice spiral CT were lower than those of DR group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multi-slice spiral CT showed that the accuracy of lesion absorption determination and the rate of cavity closure and shrinkage after treatment were higher than those in DR group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT has high application value in the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis,and is superior to DR.
