心血管超声对心血管疾病诊断的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of cardiovascular ultrasound on the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases

目的:分析心血管超声对心血管疾病诊断效果。方法:回顾分析我院2018年1月—12月收治的120例心血管疾病患者资料,按随机数字法分为对照组(n=60)及研究组(n=60),所有患者均行综合检查,对照组辅以常规方式诊断,研究组行心血管超声诊断,分析检查结果,对比两组心血管疾病诊断准确率。结果:研究组中检出肺动脉栓塞患者27例,伴有下肢静脉血栓者13例,冠心病者17例,共检出57例,漏诊3例,检出率95.00%明显高于对照组(P <0.05);且研究组检查发现三尖瓣反流者37例,并发现Vp、SPVP会随三尖瓣反流程度加重逐渐提升(P<0.05)。结论:心血管超声可对患者心血管系统进行全面检查,可显著提升心血管疾病检出率,且操作简便,安全高效。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic effect of cardiovascular ultrasound on cardiovascular disease.Methods The data of 120 patients with cardiovascular diseases admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were analyzed retrospectively,and were divided into control group(n=60)and research group(n=60)according to the random digital method.All patients were examined comprehensively.The control group was supplemented by conventional diagnosis.The study group performed ultrasound diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases,analyzed the results,and compared the diagnostic accuracy of two groups of cardiovascular diseases.Results 27 patients with pulmonary embolism,13 patients with lower extremity vein thrombosis,17 patients with coronary heart disease,57 cases,3 cases missed,the detection rate of 95.00%was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The team examined 37 cases of tricuspid reflux and found that Vp and SPVP gradually increased with the increase of tricuspid reflux(P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiovascular ultrasound can make a comprehensive examination of the cardiovascular system in patients,it can significantly increase the detection rate of cardiovascular disease,and the operation is simple,safe and efficient,and it is worth promoting.
