钼铑双靶数字化X线摄影对乳腺癌早期诊断的价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:应用钼铑双靶数字化X线摄影观察早期乳腺癌的影像表现,探讨其诊断价值。方法:对我院经手术病理证实为乳腺癌,乳腺X线片未发现明显肿块的23例乳腺病例,分析总结其钙化特点。结果:23例病例发现病灶25个,其中簇状分布不均质钙化19例21个病灶,分支状钙化灶4例4个病灶。结论:钼铑双靶数字化X线摄影可提高早期乳腺癌检出率,提高乳腺癌的临床治疗水平。 Objective To observe the imaging findings of early breast cancer by molybdenum rhodium dual target digital radiography and to explore its diagnostic value.Methods To analyze the calcification characteristics of 23 cases of breast cancer confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital were analyzed and summarized.Results In 23 cases,25 lesions were found,including 19 with cluster distribution of heterogeneous calcification and 21 with branching calcification and 4 with branching calcification.Conclusion Molybdenum rhodium dual target digital radiography can improve the detection rate of early breast cancer and improve the clinical treatment level of breast cancer.
