彩超诊断乳腺结节与中医体质类型的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosing mammary nodules and TCM physique types

目的:研究彩超诊断乳腺低回声结节患者与中医体质类型的相关性。方法:选取在2017年6月—12月间来我科进行健康体检彩超检查发现乳腺低回声结节的女性体检者524名作为观察组,选取同期体检经彩超诊断仅有双乳腺小叶增生而无结节的524人为对照组,分析两组体检者中医体质类型与彩超诊断的相关性。结果:观察组中九种体质中结节人数最多的三种体质依次为气虚质(17.9%)、阴虚质(16.4%)、痰湿质(16%),对照组中气虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质所占比例分布为:13%、8.9%、8%,对比有统计学意义(P <0.05)结论:中医体质类型与乳腺结节彩超诊断存在相关性,彩超对乳腺结节的诊断提供合理依据。

Objective To study the correlation between color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosing low-echo mammary nodules and TCM physique types.Methods 524 female who went to our department for healthy examination color Doppler ultrasonography and were diagnosed with low-echo mammary nodules from June 2017 to December 2017 were selected as observation group,and 524 patients who were diagnosed only with double breast lobules hyperplasia and no nodules in the same period were selected as control group,and the correlation between TCM physique type and color ultrasound diagnosis was analyzed.Results Among 9 physiques in the observation group,the three physiques with the most people with nodule were qi deficiency(17.9%),yin deficiency(16.4%),phlegm dampness(16%),and the proportion of qi deficiency,yin deficiency and phlegm dampness in the control group was:13%,8.9%,8%,the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between the color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosing mammary nodules and TCM physique types.Color Doppler ultrasound provides a reasonable basis for the diagnosis of mammary nodules.
