双源CT“双低”检查联合前门控和迭代重建技术在冠状动脉成像的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨双源CT采用70KV管电压、低浓度碘对比剂(270mgI/ml)联合前门控和迭代重建技术在冠状动脉成像检查中的应用价值。材料与方法:搜集本院行冠状动脉CTA检查BMI小于25kg/m^2且心率平稳且小于75次/分的患者25例,采用前门控70KV联合迭代重建技术,对比剂为低浓度碘(270 mgI/ml)。记录每例患者剂量长度乘积(dose lengthproduct,DLP),计算有效辐射剂量,并对图像质量进行测量及分析。结果:检查平均有效辐射剂量(ED)为(1.21±0.03)mSv,远低于常规前门控和后门控扫描技术,每例患者冠状动脉CTA检查图像质量可达到临床诊断要求,评分均为3分以上。结论:双源CT冠状动脉成像采用70kV管电压和低浓度碘对比剂(270mgI/mL)的"双低"检查,联合前门控和迭代重建技术能够显著降低患者的辐射剂量和碘注射量,同时可获得较好的图像质量,满足临床诊断要求。 Objective To investigate the value of dual-source CT using 70KV p,270 mgI/ml contrast agentcombined with prospective gated and the iterative reconstruction technique in coronary artery imaging examination.Materials and methods 25 patients with a BMI of less than 25kg/m2and a stable heart rate of less than 75 beats/min who underwent coronary artery CTA werecollected.Prospective gated technology using70KV combined with the iterative reconstruction technique were used.DLP was recorded for each patient,ED was calculated,and image quality was measured and analyzed.Results The mean effective radiation dosewas1.21±0.03mSv,which was far lower than the conventional examination,the image quality can meet the diagnostic requirements.Conclusion dual-source CT coronary artery imaging using 70KVp and 270mgI/ml contrast agent,combined with prospective gated andthe iterative reconstruction technique,can significantly reduce the radiation dose and iodine injection volume of patients,and and satisfactory image quality could be obtained.
