产前超声在胎儿先天性心脏病筛查中的临床意义

摘要 目的:分析产前超声在胎儿先天性心脏病筛查中的临床意义。方法:选择高危因素孕妇作为本次研究病人或研究对象,并采用"电脑随机法"将100例高危因素孕妇进行分组,主要包括两组,其中观察组、实施系统产前超声检查;对照组、实施常规产前超声检查,分析两组检出率、敏感度和特异性。结果:观察组胎儿先天性心脏病检出率高于对照组检出率(P <0.05)。观察组高危因素孕妇的敏感度50.00%和特异性82.00%与对照组具有显著差异(P <0.05)。结论:通过在胎儿先天性心脏病筛查中实施系统产前超声检查后,取得显著效果,其检出率显著提高,具有较高的敏感性和特异性,对先天性心脏病诊断十分重要,能促进和提高我国的优生优育水平,值得进一步推广及运用。
