摘要
吲哚菁绿是被美国药物管理局(FDA)批准用于临床的近红外荧光染料,被用于疾病成像诊断和光热治疗等多个领域。快速发展的纳米技术引导更精准的药物释放与高效的生物利用。以吲哚菁绿纳米药物为核心,构建诊疗一体化纳米分子探针,极大地改善了ICG的稳定性,提高了药物生物利用度和靶向性,在临床疾病的早期诊疗研究中意义重大。本文主要总结了基于ICG的纳米药物在临床诊疗一体化领域的最新研究进展。
Indocyanine green(ICG)is a near-infrared(NIR)fluorescent dye approved by the United States drug administration(FDA)for clinical use,and has been widely used in many fields such as disease imaging diagnosis and photothermal therapy.Rapid development of nanotechnology leads to more precise drug release and efficient bioavailability.The construction of integrated molecular probes for diagnosis and therapy,using indocyanine green nanomedicines as the core,has greatly improved the stability of ICG molecules,the bioavailability and targeting of drugs,which is of great significance in the early diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases.This paper summarizes the latest research progress of ICG-based nanomedicine in the field of clinical diagnosis and treatment integration.
