CT对慢性化脓性鼻窦炎与霉菌性鼻窦炎诊断的应用效果研究

Effect of CT on the diagnosis of chronic suppurative sinusitis and fungal sinusitis

目的:研究CT对慢性化脓性鼻窦炎与霉菌性鼻窦炎诊断的应用效果,为临床提供指导。方法:选择从2017年1月至2018年1月收治的20例慢性化脓性鼻窦炎患者纳入此次研究工作并作为实验组,同期选择20例霉菌性鼻窦炎患者作为对照组。全部鼻窦炎患者接受CT检查,对比两组患者病变范围情况、病变密度情况、窦壁骨质受累情况。结果:经比较分析,实验组各项指标与对照组比较,组间差异具备统计学研究意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过CT检查,能够对慢性化脓性鼻窦炎与霉菌性鼻窦炎诊断提供有价值的参考依据,值得推广应用显。

Objective To study the effect of CT in the diagnosis of chronic suppurative sinusitis and mycotic sinusitis.Methods 20 patients with chronic suppurative sinusitis admitted from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the experimental group in this study,and 20 patients with fungal sinusitis were selected as the control group during the same period.CT examination was performed on all patients with sinusitis,and the lesion scope,lesion density and bone involvement in sinus wall were compared between the two groups.Results After comparative analysis,the indicators of the experimental group were compared with those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CT examination can provide valuable reference for the diagnosis of chronic suppurative sinusitis and mycotic sinusitis.
