3.0T susceptibility weighted imaging in the diagnosis of intracranial cavernous hemangioma and venous hemangioma

摘要 目的:探讨磁共振3.0T磁敏感成像(SWI)对颅内海绵状血管瘤(ICA)及静脉性血管瘤(CVH)的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析16例颅内海绵状血管瘤或静脉性血管瘤患者的MRI表现,16例患者均进行MRI平扫、增强及SWI扫描。结果:16例患者中有10例海绵状血管瘤,其中1例多发海绵状血管瘤患者,3例静脉性血管瘤,及3例海绵状血管瘤合并静脉性血管瘤,其中海绵状血管瘤表现为边缘清楚的混杂信号或类圆形低信号;静脉性血管瘤图像表现为放射状髓静脉向引流静脉汇聚;MRI平扫发现20个病灶,增强发现25个病灶,SWI发现29个病灶。结论:SWI对ICA和CVH十分敏感,能发现MRI平扫及增强未能发现的病灶,对ICA和CVH的诊断和治疗具有重要意义。 Objective This study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance 3.0 T magnetic susceptibility imaging(SWI)in intracranial cavernous hemangioma(ICA)and venous hemangioma(CVH).Methods The MRI findings of 16 patients with intracranial cavernous hemangioma or venous hemangioma were retrospectively analyzed.16 patients underwent MRI plain scan,enhancement and SWI scan.Results There were 10 cases of cavernous hemangioma in 16 cases,of which 1 cases were multiple cavernous hemangioma,3 cases of venous hemangioma,and 3 cases of cavernous hemangioma with venous hemangioma,of which cavernous hemangioma showed low ring signal with high signal or nodular low signal,and venous hemangioma was low.20 lesions were detected by routine MR I scan,25 lesions were detected by enhanced scan,and 29 lesions were found by SWI.Conclusion SWI is very sensitive to ICA and CVH.MRI scan and undiscovered lesions can be found.It is of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of ICA and CVH.
