系统性胎儿超声检查临床应用价值

Clinical Application Value of Systematic Fetal Ultrasonography

目的:研究系统性胎儿超声检查临床应用价值。方法:将3000例2017年1月至2018年1月间于我院进行产检的孕妇选为研究对象,随机分组为观察组与对照组各1500例。对照组孕妇进行常规检查,观察组孕妇进行系统性胎儿超声检查,对比两组患者超声检查结果。结果:在对两组孕妇完成超声产检后,观察两组胎儿出现神经管畸形、先天性心脏病、消化道梗阻、唇腭裂、骨骼畸形、胎儿胸腹腔积液以及脏器外翻裂腹等情况,并将其与随访结果进行对比可知,观察组孕妇胎儿畸形检出情况明显优于对照组,经过对比差异明显,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:系统性胎儿超声检查在孕妇产检时可以准确检出不同时期胎儿畸形情况,有效降低出生缺陷率,提高人口质量,值得在临床中应用推广。

Objective To study the clinical application value of systemic fetal ultrasound examination.Methods A total of 3000 pregnant women who were examined in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2018 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The pregnant women in the control group underwent routine examination,and the pregnant women in the observation group underwent systematic fetal ultrasound examination.The results of ultrasound examination were compared between the two groups.Results After the ultrasound examination was performed on the two groups of pregnant women,the fetuses with neural tube defects,congenital heart disease,digestive tract obstruction,cleft lip and palate,skeletal malformation,fetal thoracic and abdominal effusion,and organ valgus and cleft abdomen were observed.The situation and comparison with the follow-up results showed that the detection of fetal malformation in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systemic fetal ultrasound examination can accurately detect fetal malformation in different periods during maternal examination,and effectively improve the quality of the population.It is worthy of application in clinical practice.
