彩色多普勒超声在肝血管瘤诊断中的应用分析

Application of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma

目的:分析彩色多普勒超声在肝血管瘤诊断中的应用效果与应用价值。方法:本次研究选择我院2016年1月至2018年1月出现肝脏血管瘤复发的老年患者88例,并使用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对患者进行诊断,分别比较患者早造影前后肝血管瘤的具体情况。结果:本次研究结果表明,在彩色血流表现情况方面,造影后的0级、I～II级与III级以上的数据差异均有明显提升,χ~2分别为2.805,4.660与8.952,P<0.05;另外在最大血流速度与阻力指数的对比方面,两项数据在造影后都有明显提升,P <0.05,t值分别为5.871与6.230。结论:彩色多普勒超声在肝血管瘤治疗和诊断过程中效果显著,产生创伤程度较小,可以进行重复检查。但是在诊断条件的规划上还需要考虑可能出现的局限性和临床推广范围。总体来看可以作为一种有效的检查方案。

Objective To analyze the application effect and value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma.Methods In this study,88 elderly patients with recurrent hepatic hemangioma in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and diagnosed with color doppler ultrasonography,respectively,to compare the specific situation of hepatic hemangioma before and after angiography.Results The results of this study showed that,in terms of the color blood flow performance,the difference of grade 0,grade i-ii and above grade III after angiography was significantly improved,X^2 was 2.805,4.660 and 8.952,respectively,P<0.05.In addition,in terms of the comparison between the maximum blood flow velocity and the resistance index,both data were significantly improved after the angiography,with P<0.05 and t values of 5.871 and 6.230,respectively.Conclusion Color doppler ultrasonography is effective in the treatment and diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma.However,the possible limitations and clinical extension should be considered in the planning of diagnostic conditions.In general,it can serve as an effective inspection scheme.
