256层MDCT联合超声在急性阑尾炎诊断中的应用价值

The value of 256-slice MDCT combined with ultrasound in diagnosis of acute appendicitis

目的:评价多层螺旋CT联合超声在急性阑尾炎中的应用价值。方法:回顾性收集92例被病理确诊为急性阑尾炎的病例,术前均行MDCT及超声检查。将影像与病理结果对照,评估MDCT联合超声与单独行MDCT或超声检查的区别。结果:MDCT联合超声、MDCT或超声的准确率分别为97.83%、93.48%和86.96%。结论:联合使用MDCT和超声可以提高急性阑尾炎诊断准确率。

Objective This study aimed to evaluate the value of combining MDCT(multi-detector computed tomography)and Ultrasound(US)for acute appendicitis.Methods The results of MDCT and US were analyzed for 92 patients with acute appendicitis to evaluate differences among MDCT,US,and combination of them.Results The diagnostic accuracy of combined application of MDCT and US,MDCT or US alone were 97.83%,93.48%,and 86.96%.Conclusions Compared to MDCT or US,combination of them improve accuracy.
