探讨64排螺旋CT低剂量扫描及CAD系统对肺结节检测诊断中的应用价值 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨64排螺旋CT低剂量扫描及计算机辅助检测(CAD)系统对肺结节检测诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取行胸部CT扫描患者3530例,其中发现结节者144例,并对其行64排螺旋CT低剂量扫描与CAD系统检测,进一步分析个数、大小、肺结节性质、良恶性程度(低、中、高度风险)及建议处置方法在临床应用的价值。结果:所有患者经64排螺旋CT及CAD系统以及肉眼观察真结节检出率97.2%,其中检出结节包括实性结节、非实性结节及钙化结节;结节直径在5mm以下者88例、6~10mm者33例、10~15mm者19例;低度风险结节48.6%、中度风险结节29.2%、高度风险结节19.4%。结论:采用64排螺旋CT低剂量扫描联合CAD系统能进一步提高对肺结节的临床诊断率,对该病症在临床中的早发现、早期治疗及处置具有指导意义,值得广泛普及应用。 Objective To investigate the value of 64-slice spiral CT low-dose scanning and computer-aided detection(CAD)system in the detection and diagnosis of pulmonary nodules.Methods 3530 cases of thoracic CT scanning were selected,200 of which were found nodules,and the application value of lung nodules detection.Results The detection rate of true nodules was 97.2%in all patients after 64-slice spiral CT and CAD system,and the nodules included solid nodules,non-solid nodules and calcified nodules.The diameter of nodules was less than 5 mm.There were 88 cases,33 cases of 6~10 mm,and 19 cases of 10~15 mm;48.6%of low-risk nodules,29.2%of moderate-risk nodules,and 19.4%of high-risk nodules.Conclusion64-slice spiral CT low-dose scanning combined with CAD system can further improve the clinical diagnosis rate of pulmonary nodules,which is of guiding significance in the early detection and treatment of the disease,and is worthy of wide application.
