高、低频超声联合用于急性阑尾炎诊断中的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of high-frequency ultrasound combined with low-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis

目的:评价高、低频超声联合用于急性阑尾炎诊断中的效果。方法:选取90例急性阑尾炎患者,所有患者入院后均行高、低频超声检查后经手术病理证实。对比高、低频超声以及高频联合低频超声三组检查诊断结果。结果:诊断正确率上,联合组最高,高频组次之,低频组最低(P <0.05)。结论:高、低频超声联合用于急性阑尾炎诊断中的诊断正确率明显高于单独使用任何一种,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of high-frequency ultrasound combined with low-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Method 90 patients with acute appendicitis were selected.All patients were examined by high-frequency ultrasound and low-frequency ultrasound after admission and confirmed by operation and pathology.The diagnostic results of high-frequency ultrasound,low-frequency ultrasound and high-frequency combined low-frequency ultrasound were observed and compared.Result The diagnostic accuracy of the combined group was the highest,followed by the high frequency group and the low frequency group(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of high-frequency ultrasound combined with low-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis is significantly higher than that of any single use,which is worthy of promotion.
