摘要
目的:探讨胎儿心律失常诊断中组织多普勒成像超声检测的应用价值。方法:选择于2018年1月至2018年10月期间在我院接受组织多普勒成像超声检查的90例孕妇作为研究对象,对房室传导时间(AV)、心室开始收缩至下一心动周期心房开始收缩的时间间期(VA)进行检测;所有孕妇均接受三个心动周期的检测,最后计算平均值;若胎儿存在偶发心律失常情况,检测时需要选择心律失常发生前后3个以上的窦性心动周期进行测量;并对心律失常情况下的AV、VA与窦性心律进行对比。结果:90例胎儿中,有10例偶发心律失常,未见心脏结构异常,AV、VA与心律为负性关系,心率不同胎儿的AV接近(P>0.05);心率不同胎儿的VA有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:组织多普勒成像超声可以对胎儿心脏传导时间进行定量检测,临床意义重大。
Objective To explore the application value of tissue Doppler imaging ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal arrhythmia.Methods Ninety-nine pregnant women who underwent tissue Doppler imaging ultrasonography in our hospital from June 2018 to January 2019 were selected as subjects to study the atrioventricular conduction time(AV)and ventricular contraction to the next cardiac cycle.The time interval(VA)at which the atrium begins to contract is tested;all pregnant women are tested for three cardiac cycles,and the mean is calculated;if the fetus has occasional arrhythmia,more than 3 sinus before and after the arrhythmia need to be selected.The cardiac cycle was measured;the AV,VA and sinus rhythm were compared in the case of arrhythmia.Results Of the 90 fetuses,10 had occasional arrhythmia,no abnormal cardiac structure,AV,VA and heart rhythm were negative,and the AV of different fetuses were close(P>0.05).The heart rate of different fetuses was statistically significant.Difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Tissue Doppler imaging ultrasound can quantitatively detect fetal cardiac conduction time,which is of great clinical significance.
