Application value of MSCT low-dose review of rib fracture

目的:探讨多排螺旋CT低剂量扫描在复查肋骨骨折中的应用价值。方法:选取首次各15例DR、CT诊断肋骨骨折患者。复查时30例患者均采用低剂量扫描,将所有CT低剂量薄层数据传输到后处理工作站,进行VAT、MPR、CPR、MIP等后处理。结果:30例患者在低剂量复查中,所有图像质理均匀达到诊断要求,发现左侧肋骨骨折18处,右侧肋骨骨折19处;完全性骨折30处,不全性骨折7处,合并发症肺挫伤、胸腔积液、气胸等。结论 :利用多排螺旋CT低剂量扫描复查病人,不但能够降低辐射剂量,减轻球管的损耗,而且能够延长球管的使用寿命,同时能够了解肋骨折的移位、骨折后愈合情况,并能够了解合并症,为临床治疗提供指导意义。

Objective To evaluate the value of multislice spiral CT low-dose scan in examining rib fractures.Methods The first 15 patients were diagnosed with DR and CT.At the time of review,30 patients used low-dose scans to transfer all CT low-dose thin layer data to reprocessing workstations for post-processing such as VAT,MPR,CPR,and MIP.Results In 30 patients with low dose reexamination,all image plasms reached the diagnosis requirement uniformly,and found 18 left rib fractures and 19 right rib fractures.30 complete fractures,7 incomplete fractures,complications of lung contusion,pleural effusion,pneumothorax and so on.Conclusion The use of multi-row spiral CT low-dose scanning to review patients can not only reduce the radiation dose,reduce the loss of the ball tube,but also extend the service life of the ball tube.At the same time,it can understand the displacement of the rib fracture,the healing situation after the fracture,and be able to understand.Complications,To provide guidance for clinical treatment.
