MR检查在乳腺积乳囊肿诊断中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价MR检查对乳腺积乳囊肿的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析蓬莱市人民医院2010年1月—2018年11月收治的15例经穿刺或手术病理确诊的乳腺积乳囊肿患者的临床表现、MR检查表现和(或)B超声图像和病理诊断等临床及影像资料。结果:多数积乳囊肿均有比较特异的MR表现,尤其是在T1WI及同反相位序列中有特征性的MR表现:T1WI呈高信号或稍高信号,T2WI呈高信号,反相位信号明显减低的特点,DWI呈低信号,ADC值升高。具有明确的特异性及诊断准确性。结论:MR检查中T1WI及同反相位的特征性表现对乳腺积乳囊肿具有特异性的诊断价值,是诊断乳腺疾病的重要手段,在实际诊断乳腺积乳囊肿时,MR检查与B超结合使用更能降低误诊率和漏诊率。
