经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫憩室的价值研究

Value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine diverticulum

目的:探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫憩室的价值。方法:将本院2015年1月—2018年1月收治的112例子宫憩室患者进行临床研究,所有患者均行经阴道彩色多普勒超声和经腹部彩色多普勒诊断。结果:从诊断结果来看,经腹部彩色多普勒超声的正确诊断率为90.18%,经阴道彩色多普勒超声的正确诊断率为99.11%,两处对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:在子宫憩室诊断中,经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断准确率高,有重要的临床诊断价值。

Objective To evaluate the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine diverticulum.Methods The clinical study was carried out on 112 patients with diverticulum from January 2015 to January2018 in this hospital.All patients were diagnosed with vaginal color Doppler ultrasound and abdominal color Doppler.Results The correct diagnostic rate of transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound was 90.18,and the correct diagnostic rate of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was 99.11.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of uterine diverticulum,transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound has a high diagnostic accuracy and has important clinical value.
