高频彩超对小体积恶性乳腺叶状肿瘤的鉴别诊断价值分析

The value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of small-volume malignant breast phyllodes tumor

目的:分析高频彩超对小体积恶性乳腺叶状肿瘤(PTB)的鉴别诊断价值。方法:抽选我院2017年1月至2019年1月经病理检查确诊的小体积恶性PTB患者78例,均行高频彩超检查,观察超声图像特点及血流信号分级情况。结果:本组经病理证实,28例良性、25例交界性、25例恶性;恶性包膜不完整、边界不清晰、内部回声不均匀及有囊性变患者明显多于良性(P<0.05);恶性血流分级明显高于良性,且恶性RI及Vmax水平更高(P<0.05)。结论:对小体积PTB患者行高频彩超检查诊断可有效获得具有特征性超声图像、血液流信号图像,可为小体积恶性PTB诊断提供科学参考依据。

Objective To analyze the differential diagnosis value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in smal-volume malignant breast phyllodes tumor(PTB).Methods A total of 78 patients with small-volume malignant PTB diagnosed by pathological examination from January 2017 to January 2019 in our hospital were selected.High-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography examination was performed to observe the characteristics of ultrasound images and the classification of blood flow signals.Results This group was confirmed by pathology,28 cases were benign,25 cases were borderline,25 cases were malignant;malignant capsule was incomplete,border was unclear,internal echo was uneven and cystic change was significantly more than benign(P<0.05).Malignant blood flow grading was significantly higher than benign,and malignant RI and Vmax levels were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion High-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography examination for small-volume PTB patients can effectively obtain images of characteristic ultrasound images and blood flow signals,which can provide a scientific reference for the diagnosis of small-volume malignant PTB.
