剥脱性骨软骨炎影像学诊断研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价不同影像检查对剥脱性骨软骨炎诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析在我院2015年10月—2018年10月29例由关节镜证实的剥脱性骨软骨炎影像学表现,检测不同影像对剥脱性骨软骨炎敏感性及准确度。结果:29例行X线检查仅7例出现特征性表现;20例行CT检查,其中7例可见关节软骨下病变,8例可见关节积液,7例有关节间隙狭窄,5例关节面局部骨质密度不均,3例病例中见关节游离体。25例MRI检查显示8例有软骨下圆形或椭圆形病变,T1WI信号强度低,病变周围低强度信号影;13例患者的骨组织和表面软骨与骨床分离,软骨下见圆形及卵圆形病变,T1WI信号较低,T2WI高信号,部分可见坏死骨及软骨碎片在关节腔内形成游离体,压脂序列坏死骨周围大片骨髓水肿,12例可见关节积液。结论:MRI对剥脱性骨软骨炎诊断价值最高。
