单肿块首发的胸腹部恶性淋巴瘤影像学特征研究

Imaging features of single mass primary malignant lymphoma of thorax and abdomen

目的:探讨单肿块首发的胸腹部恶性淋巴肿瘤影像学特征。方法:回顾性分析我院2016年1月—2018年12月收治的80例单肿块首发的胸腹部恶性淋巴瘤患者临床资料,探讨其影像学特征。结果:80例腹部恶性淋巴瘤患者,何杰金病14例,非何杰金淋巴肿瘤66例,所有患者均经增强CT扫描,结果显示71例患者淋巴结增大且呈均匀强化密度,其余9例患者呈均匀强化合并坏死密度,其中25.00%患者累及小网膜,42.50%患者累及肠系膜,其余患者均累及胰腺周围(32.5%),80%以上患者均可见腹主动脉周围信号增强。结论:在单肿块首发的胸腹部恶性淋巴瘤临床中,增强CT可有效显示病灶附近淋巴结及周围脏器病理、形态改变,对单肿块首发的胸腹部恶性淋巴瘤临床分期和诊疗活动具有较高的指导意义。

Objective To investigate the imaging features of malignant lymphoma of thorax and abdomen with single mass.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with malignant lymphoma of thorax and abdomen with single mass from January 2016 to December 2018 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,and the imaging characteristics were discussed.Results 80 cases of abdominal malignant lymphoma,14 cases of Hodgkin’s disease,66 cases of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma,all patients underwent enhanced CT scanning,The results showed that 71 cases had enlarged lymph nodes and showed uniform enhancement density.The other 9 cases had uniform enhancement and necrosis density,Among them,25.00%of the patients involved omentum,42.50%of the patients involved mesentery,and the rest of the patients involved peripancreatic area.Abdominal aortic signal enhancement was observed in more than 80%of patients(32.5%).Conclusion Enhanced CT can effectively show the pathological and morphological changes of lymph nodes and surrounding organs in the first case of single mass of malignant lymphoma of thorax and abdomen.It has a high guiding significance for clinical staging and diagnosis and treatment of single mass of malignant lymphoma of thorax and abdomen.
