分析CT检查对鼻骨骨折的诊断价值与CT影像学表现

Analysis of the diagnostic value of CT examination for nasal bone fracture and CT imaging findings

目的:探究分析CT检查对鼻骨骨折的诊断价值与CT影像学表现。方法:选取本院耳鼻喉科收治的鼻骨骨折患者120例进行研究,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60),对照组采用GE LightSpeed16排螺旋CT诊断检查,观察组采用飞利浦256层螺旋CT诊断检查。对比两组临床诊断检查效果。结果:观察组和对照组患者采用CT诊断检查的准确性、灵敏度、特异度均无显著差异(P>0.05),通过CT扫描诊断检查,患者鼻骨骨折主要分为对裂隙型和不规则型骨折,并在骨折部位发现细小的骨折和游离碎骨片。结论:在鼻骨骨折患者临床中采用GE LightSpeed16排螺旋CT和飞利浦256层螺旋CT诊断检查,患者的临床诊断检出率高,两种CT诊断检查方法均可运用,为患者临床治疗提供了有价值的参考。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value and imaging findings of CT examination on nasal fracture.Methods In this study,120 patients with nasal fractures were selected from the otolaryngology departmentThe randomized digital tables were divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60).The control group used GE LightSped16 spiral CT diagnostic examination.The observation group was diagnosed with Philips 256 spiral CT.The results of clinical diagnosis were compared between two groups.Results The accuracysensitivity and specificity of CT diagnostic examination were not significantly different in the observation Group and Control group(P>0.05),and the nasal bone fracture was mainly divided into fracture type and irregular fracture,and small fracture and free bone tablets were found in the fracture site by CT scan diagnosis and examination.Conclusion The patients with nasal fractures were diagnosed with GE LightSpeed16 spiral CT and Philips 256 spiral CT The clinical diagnosis rate was high,and both methods were used to provide valuable reference.
