双源CT双能量碘图对甲状腺结节良恶性诊断及鉴别诊断的价值

The value of dual-source CT double-source iodine overlay map for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules

目的:探讨双源CT双能量碘图评估甲状腺结节良恶性的价值。方法:选取69例术前行双源CT扫描的单发甲状腺结节患者,处理及分析其双能量碘图。结果:良性结节含碘量中位数为0.9mg/ml,明显高恶性结节的-1.0mg/ml(P<0.01)。当AUC值=0.837,诊断准确度较高,最佳临界值为0.55mg/ml,敏感度85%,特异度65%。结论:双源CT双能量碘图分析对甲状腺结节良恶性的诊断及鉴别诊断有很高的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the value of clinical application of dual-source computed tomography double-source iodine overlay map in evaluating benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods 69 patients with single thyroid nodule who received preoperative dual-source CT scan were selected for the treatment and analysis of dual-energy iodine map.Results The median of iodine concentration in the benign nodules with solid component was 0.9 mg/ml,it was significantly higher than-1.0 mg/ml of malignant tiyroid nodules(P<0.01).When the value of AUC equals to 0.837,the diagnosis had high accurac.At the best critical point,the critical value was 0.55 mg/ml,the sensitivity was 85%and the specificity was 65%.Conclusions Dual-source CT dual-energy iodine image analysis has high clinical value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.
