Clinical Application of Arterial Spin Labeling(ASL)

目的:探讨研究动脉自旋标法(ASL)的临床应用。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年1月于我院接受治疗的脑梗死患者100例,将其分为对比组和研究组。其中研究组对100例患者分别采用动脉自旋标法进行检测,对比组对100例患者分别采用磁共振扩散加权成像检测,对比两组相关数据。结果:研究组患者亚急性脑梗死检出率于对比组患者对比不具统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者急性脑梗死、脑肿瘤、TIA检出率高于对比组且对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论:动脉自旋标记能对亚急性脑梗死患者进行准确的检测,对于TIA患者的检测准备率高达66%。因此,合理运用动脉自旋标法能有效提高检测患者脑梗死前期诊断,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of arterial spin labeling(ASL).Methods 100 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were divided into control group and research group.Among them,100 patients in the study group were detected by arterial spin labeling method,and 100 patients in the control group were detected by MR diffusion weighted imaging,and the related data of the two groups were compared.Results The detection rate of MR diffusion weighted imaging was 98%in 100 patients with subacute cerebral infarction,0%in TIA patients,100%in 100 patients with subacute cerebral infarction by arterial spin labeling,and 66%in TIA patients.Conclusion Arterial spin labeling can accurately detect subacute cerebral infarction patients,and the detection preparation rate for TIA patients is as high as 66%.Therefore,reasonable use of arterial spin labeling method can effectively improve the detection of patients with pre-cerebral infarction diagnosis,it is worth promoting.
