摘要
目的:探讨糖糖尿病性视网膜病变术前眼底造影结果的评估以及护理体会。方法:将本院2017年1月—6月进行眼底造影并进行手术治疗的92例糖糖尿病性视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,将其通过住院号随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各46例,观察组采用重点关注造影结果并进行术前护理,对照组采用常规术前护理,在术前护理结束后进行心理评估和护理满意度分析。结果:术前护理结束时,观察组严重焦虑与中度焦虑两个方面显著低于对照组(P <0.05),其他无差异性;术前护理结束时两组满意度得分分别为照组(82.15±9.15)分、观察组(93.65±8.87)分,两组相比,观察满意度得分显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:术前护理中,重点关注眼底造影结果,有针对性地进行护理评估可以缓解患者术前心理问题,同时增加护理满意度。
Objective To explore the evaluation of fundus angiography results and nursing experience of diabetic retinopathy with sugar before operation.Methods 92 cases of diabetic retinopathy with diabetes mellitus who underwent ophthalmography and surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2017 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group by hospital number,46 cases in each group.The observation group focused on the results of angiography and preoperative nursing,while the control group used routine preoperative nursing,after the end of preoperative nursing.Psychological evaluation and nursing satisfaction analysis.Results At the end of preoperative nursing,the scores of severe anxiety and moderate anxiety in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no difference between the other two groups.At the end of preoperative nursing,the scores of satisfaction in the two groups were(82.15±9.15)in the control group and(93.65±8.87)in the observation group,respectively.Compared with the control group,the scores of observation satisfaction in the two groups were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Focus on fundus angiography results,targeted nursing evaluation can alleviate preoperative psychological problems of patients,while increasing nursing satisfaction.
