MRI诊断早中期股骨头缺血性坏死的临床意义

摘要 目的:观察磁共振成像(MRI)诊断早中期股骨头缺血性坏死(AVN)的临床意义。方法:选取我院60例早中期AVN患者,均行X线摄片、MRI扫描检查。对比X线摄片、MRI扫描检查早中期AVN阳性率、不同分期AVN情况。结果:MRI扫描检查早中期AVN阳性率95.00%高于X线摄片检查71.67%(P <0.05);MRI扫描检查Ⅰ期AVN 19髋,阳性率为90.47%,高于X线摄片9.52%(P <0.05);MRI扫描检查Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期AVN的阳性率与X线摄片对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:MRI扫描检查早中期AVN,可明显反映AVN组织学变化,阳性率较高,对早中期AVN诊断具有重要意义。
