CH25H与阿尔茨海默病 被引量：2

摘要 胆固醇25-羟基氢化酶(cholesterol 25-hydroxylase,CH25H)基因位于染色体10q23,编码CH25H,参与合成25羟基胆固醇(25-hydroxycholesterol,25HC),是与阿尔茨海默病发病密切相关的基因之一。研究表明,25HC可刺激s PLA2-ⅡA的分泌、诱导caspase-3的表达等以引起少突胶质细胞凋亡,可以通过增加大脑内β-淀粉样蛋白负荷、调节胆固醇脂代谢、提高载脂蛋白E的表达等,影响认知功能障碍。
