可调式支撑型肋骨固定带治疗肋骨骨折的临床应用

Clinical application of an adjustable rib fracture fixation belt with supporting function

目的:自行设计制作一种松紧可调,具备肋骨支撑功能的肋骨骨折固定带,用于肋骨骨折患者的局部支持固定,并满足连枷胸局部加压的需要。方法:临床选用闭合性胸外伤合并单根或多根肋骨骨折患者,采用传统胸带和肋骨骨折固定带进行胸廓固定,比较胸带固定的操作时间和患者疼痛评分。结果:肋骨骨折固定带操作方便,操作时间与传统胸带相比显著减少(P<0.01);肋骨骨折固定带行胸廓固定后,患者疼痛评分显著低于传统胸带固定(P<0.05)。结论:具备肋骨支撑功能的可调节肋骨骨折固定带可减轻肋骨骨折患者疼痛,促进恢复,值得临床推广,该肋骨骨折固定带已获得国家专利。

Objective: To design and produce an adjustable rib fracture fixation belt with supporting function which could meet the needs of rib fixation, especially for flail chest. Methods: An elastic adjustable rib fracture fixation belt with usable ribs supporting function was designed(ZL 201120266136.9) and produced according to clinical needs. The clinical application was performed on patients with closed thoracic trauma with single or multiple rib fracture. The pain scores were compared with those whom traditional chest belt were used. Results: The rib fracture fixation belts can be used conveniently and the operating time was significantly reduced, compared with the time of traditional chest belts(P<0.01). The pain scores of patients with fixation belts were significantly lower than the scores or patients with traditional chest belts(P<0.05). Conclusion: The adjustable rib fracture fixation belt with rib supporting function can reduce pain of rib fracture and improve patients’ recovery. It is worth of clinical extension.
