基于口腔综合治疗台常见故障分析的维修优化管理方法探讨

Discussion on the methods of optimal management of maintenance for common fault analysis based on dental unit

目的:探讨口腔综合治疗台维修优化管理方法,对口腔综合治疗台的常见故障进行分析。方法:结合维修实践,通过根因分析(RCA)法解析常见故障,采用制度完善、人员培训、购买保修与自主维修兼顾的维修管理模式,建立维修优化管理方法,对2015-2017年口腔综合治疗台的维修情况进行评价。结果:通过RCA法找出水路、电路及气路等主要故障原因,制定出相应的解决方案。实施维修优化管理后,医院口腔综合治疗台维修管理在维修技术效率、技术保障质量等指标上有明显提升,2017年治疗台的故障次数和维修经费比上一年分别减少14%和2%。结论:口腔综合治疗台维修优化管理方法,对于增进口腔综合治疗台的维修管理具有积极作用。

Objective: To explore the optimal management methods for the maintenance of dental unit, and analyze common fault of dental unit. Methods: The maintenance practices were combined in this research, and root cause analysis(RCA) method was used to analyze common fault, and a comprehensive maintenance management mode that included system improvement, personnel training, and consideration both of purchase warranty and self maintenance was adopted, and a optimal management method for maintenance was established. Based on above information, the maintenance situations of dental unit of 3 years( from 2015 year to 2017 year) were evaluated. Results: The main fault causes included waterways, circuits and gas circuits were found out by using RCA, and corresponding solutions were formulated. After the optimized maintenance management was implemented, the maintenance management of dental unit of hospital has significantly been improved in some indicators included efficiency of maintenance technique, quality of technical support and others. And compared with last year, the frequency of fault and maintenance cost of dental unit of 2017 year were reduced 14% and 2%, respectively. Conclusion: The optimal management method for maintenance of dental unit has positive effect in promoting maintenance management of dental unit.
