Model optimizing and quality monitoring of distribution route of medical consumables

目的:探讨医用耗材配送路径的模型优化,分析其临床质量监测效果。方法:基于遗传算法(GA)优化医用耗材配送的供应、管理和配送(SPD)系统,解决配送和管理费用最小化问题,变按需申领转为主动配送的新型管理模式。对临床应用前后的数据分别设置对照组和观察组,对比分析两组耗材申领频率、库存时间和不良事件发生率3项指标的差异性。结果:观察组的3项指标医用耗材申领频率、库存耗材使用天数和不良事件发生频率均优于对照组,库存短缺或长期存储现象少,其差异有统计学意义(Z=5.449,Z=2.038,Z=2.079;P<0.05)。结论:配送路径的优化模型适用于医用耗材管理,可提高临床配送质量和诊疗服务水平,有利于医院管理体系的完善和管理质量的提升。

Objective: To discuss the model optimizing of distribution route of medical consumables and analyze the monitoring effect of its clinical quality. Methods: Based on the genetic algorithm(GA) to optimize the SPD(supply, processing and distribution) system for the distribution of medical consumables, and to resolve the minimization problem of the cost of distribution and management, and to change management model from on-demand claim to active distribution. The data before and after clinical utilization were respectively divided into control group and observation group. The differences of three indicators included application frequency of consumables, inventory time and incidence rate of adverse events of the two groups were further analyzed. Results: All of three indicators of observation group were significantly better than those of control group(Z=5.449, Z=2.038, Z=2.079, P<0.05), and there were significant differences between the two groups in the lower incidence of inventory shortage or material storage with long-term. Conclusion: The optimal model of distribution route is suitable for the management of medical consumables, and it can enhance the quality of clinical distribution and the service level of diagnosis and treatment, and it will be conducive to improve the hospital management system and promote management quality.
