经穴电阻特异性在人体穴位识别中的应用研究进展

Advances in the applied research of the specificity of acupoint resistance in recognition of acupuncture point of human body

针灸是我国传统中医治疗疾病的方法之一,治疗效果与腧穴定位准确与否关系密切,因此穴位识别对于针灸治疗极为重要。通过对人体穴位电阻的特异性分析,了解近年来国内外学者在穴位电阻特异性基础上对人体特定穴位识别进行的探索。论述穴位电阻的含义及近半个世纪国内外研究者对穴位探测仪的研究,以全面了解当前经穴电阻特异性在人体识别中的应用,把握经穴电阻特异性在人体穴位识别中的研究方向。

Acupuncture is one of traditional Chinese medicine method in treating disease. And its treatment effect has a great relationship with the accuracy that located the selected acupoint. Therefore, the recognition of acupoints is extremely important for acupuncture treatment. Through analyzed the specificity of acupoint resistance of human body, this paper grasped the exploration that researcher at home and abroad recognized specific acupoint of human body on the basis of the specificity of acupoint resistance in recent years. And this paper discussed the meaning of acupoint resistance and the relevant researches that came from researchers at home and abroad about acupoint detectors in the past half century so as to comprehensively understand the application of the specificity of acupoint resistance of human body recognition, and to grasp research direction of the specificity of acupoint resistance in the recognition of acupuncture points of human body.
