摘要 脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白(FABP4)是脂肪酸结合蛋白家族中的一员,对调节糖脂代谢及胰岛素抵抗形成起重要作用,已成为治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)及其相关疾病的潜在靶标。单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与许多疾病直接相关,如FABP4的SNP与糖尿病和肥胖密切相关,它是决定人类疾病易患性和药物反应差异的主要因素。FABP4与长链脂肪酸的摄取、细胞内代谢和排泄相关,许多文献将其SNP和不同的代谢表型联系在一起。该文就FABP4及其基因多态性与T2DM等相关疾病的研究进展予以综述。 Fatty acid-binding protein 4( FABP4),a member of the fatty acid-binding proteins,plays an important role in regulating lipid and glucose metabolism and the formation of insulin resistance. It has become an potential target for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus( T2DM) and its related diseases. Single nucleotide polymorphism( SNP) is directly related to many diseases,such as FABP4 SNPs are closely related to diabetes and obesities,and SNP is the main factor to decide the susceptibilities of diseases and differences of drug responses. Since FABP4 is associated with uptakes,intracellular metabolisms and excretions of long chain fatty acids,many authors relate its SNP to different metabolic phenotypes. Here is to make a review of the research progresses of the relationship between FABP4 and its polymorphism with T2 DM and related diseases.
