摘要
目的观察不同时期糖尿病视网膜病变患者外周血内皮祖细胞(EPC)数量及功能的变化。方法选择2012年11月至2014年4月河北省滦平县医院收治的糖尿病患者75例,根据眼底血管造影结果分为3组:无视网膜病变患者25例(A组)、非增生型网膜病变患者26例(B组)、增生型网膜病变患者24例(C组),并纳入同期健康体检者25例作为对照组。对比4组受检者的EPC数量及其黏附、迁移功能。结果对照组、A组、B组、C组的EPC数量分别为(0.018±0.005)%、(0.015±0.008)%、(0.012±0.010)%、(0.032±0.029)%,C组的外周血EPC数量均显著高于对照组、A组、B组(P<0.05)。黏附功能测定结果显示,对照组、A组、B组、C组的EPC数量分别为(0.331±0.042)个、(0.301±0.039)个、(0.220±0.040)个、(0.119±0.028)个,C组的EPC数量显著低于对照组、A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Transwell测定结果显示,对照组、A组、B组、C组的EPC数量分别为(25.2±5.3)个、(23.6±5.2)个、(16.8±4.5)个、(12.0±2.9)个,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组的EPC数量显著低于对照组、A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论增生型网膜病变患者的外周血EPC数量明显增多,糖尿病视网膜病变患者外周血EPC的黏附、迁移功能均受损。
Objective To observe the changes of the number and function of peripheral blood endothelial progenitor cells( EPC) of patients with diabetic retinopathy at different stages. Methods Total of 75 patients with diabetes hospitalized in Luanping County Hospital of Hebei province from Nov. 2012 to Apr.2014 were included in the study,according to the results of fundus fluorescein angiography,they were divided into 3 groups: 25 cases without retinopathy( group A),26 cases with non-proliferative retinopathy( group B),24 cases with proliferative retinopathy( group C),and 25 healthy persons were included as the control group.EPC number and their adhesion and migration function of the four groups were compared. Results The number of EPC of the control group,group A,group B,group C were( 0. 018 ± 0. 005) %,( 0. 015 ±0. 008) %,( 0. 012 ± 0. 010) %,( 0. 032 ± 0. 029) %,group C significantly higher than group A and group B( P < 0. 05). Detection result of adhesion function showed the number of EPC of the control group,group A,group B,group C were( 0. 331 ± 0. 042),( 0. 301 ± 0. 039),( 0. 220 ± 0. 040),( 0. 119 ± 0. 028),group C significantly lower than group A and group B( P < 0. 05).
