Qingkailing injection is commonly used as a traditional Chinese medicine injection,which is prepared from medicinal materials or their extracts,including gardenia,radix isatidi,baicalin and floslonicerae. It functions as clearing heat and detoxicating,removing sputum to smoothen collaterals,and consciousness restoring and resuscitation. Thus,it is widely used in clinical practice for the treatment of diseases as upper respiratory inflammation,pneumonia,hepatopathy,cerebral thrombosis,cerebral hemorrhage and so on. The current clinical applications at home and abroad have shown good effect. Insights into the active ingredients of qingkailing and its mechanisms of action can provide new ideas in disease diagnosis and therapy,thus,it has good clinical application prospects.
