摘要
缺血性脑卒中是临床常见的脑血管疾病,其发生、发展与兴奋神经毒性、血小板活化因子水平、氧化应激、炎症、凋亡密切相关。因此,寻找多靶点不良反应小的制剂来治疗缺血性脑卒中显得尤为重要。银杏萜类内酯提取自银杏叶,而银杏内酯B是萜类内酯中拮抗血小板活化因子受体能力最强的单体,其在减轻缺血/再灌注损伤中有重要价值。通过研究缺血性脑卒中的病理生理过程及银杏内酯B发挥神经保护作用的机制,以期为临床提供可靠的实验依据。
Ischemic stroke is a common cerebrovascular disease,and its development is closely related to the excitotoxic damage,platelet aggregation,oxidative stress injury,inflammation and apoptosis. Hence,it’ s important to look for drugs featured with multi-target and few side effect for the treatment of ischemic stroke.Ginkgo terpene lactones come from ginkgo leaves,and ginkgolide B is the most effective monomer of PAF receptor antagonist of terpene lactones. Ginkgolide B has great value in reducing the damage of cerebral ischemia reperfusion. Further elucidation on pathological process of ischemic stroke and neuroprotection mechanisms of ginkgolide B,is expected to provide reliable experimental basis for the clinical practice.
