摘要 心脏破裂作为急性心肌梗死(AMI)最严重的并发症之一,其发生和发展过程复杂,受许多因素的影响。在心肌肥大、心肌纤维化、心室重构等病理生理过程,Wnt信号通路具有多环节、多作用位点的特点,在信号转导中发挥十分重要的作用。近年来研究显示,Wnt信号通路与心肌梗死联系密切。Wnt信号通路的激活可加速心室重构,增加AMI后心脏破裂的风险。而作为Wnt通路的抑制因子Frz A/可溶性frizzled相关蛋白1可以减少炎性细胞浸润,改善胶原沉积,增加毛细血管密度,显著减少心肌梗死面积,降低心脏破裂的发生率,从而改善心功能。 Cardiac rupture is one of the most serious complications of acute myocardial infarction( AMI). The process of its development is complicated with many influencing factors. Wnt signaling pathway plays an important role in the pathophysiological processes of cardiac hypertrophy,myocardial fibrosis and ventricular remodeling,which is an open pathway with multiple links and multiple action sites. Recent studies have shown a close relationship between the Wnt signaling pathway and myocardial infarction. Activation of Wnt signaling pathway can effectively accelerate ventricular remodeling and increase the risk of cardiac rupture after AMI. Frz A/soluble frizzled related protein-1,which is a Wnt pathways of inhibiting factor,can reduce inflammatory cells infiltration,improve collagen deposition and increase the capillary density,reduce myocardial infarction area,and reduce the incidence of cardiac rupture,thus improve cardiac function.
