生物陶瓷在活髓保存术中的应用现状

活髓是牙根发育、根尖封闭的条件,对维持牙齿正常生长、牙冠色泽等有重要作用。活髓保存术是治疗因深龋、外伤等原因所造成的牙髓损伤的主要治疗方法之一。盖髓材料的性能决定了活髓保存术的治疗效果。生物陶瓷材料在弥补氢氧化钙缺点的同时又有着各自的优缺点,如三氧化矿物凝聚体有良好的生物相容性、封闭性、抗菌性及促进修复性牙本质形成能力,但有可操作性差,导致牙齿变色的缺点;Biodentine硬固时间短,可操作性好,但临床应用较浪费等。因此作为一种新型的盖髓材料,未来生物陶瓷材料在活髓保存术的应用中应不断更新发展。

Vital pulp is the condition of root development and apical closure,which plays an important role in maintaining the normal growth of teeth and crown color.Vital pulp therapy is one of the main treatments for pulp injury caused by deep caries and trauma.The performance of pulp capping material determines the therapeutic effect of pulp preservation.Bioceramic materials have their own advantages and disadvantages while making up for the shortcomings of calcium hydroxide:mineral trioxide aggregate has good biocompatibility,sealing,antimicrobial properties and the ability to promote the formation of reparative dentin,but has poor maneuverability,which leads to tooth discolorations;Biodentine has short hardening time,good maneuverability,but its clinical application is wasteful.Therefore,as a new type of pulp capping material,the future application of bioceramics in pulp preservation should be constantly updated and developed.
