实时二维剪切波弹性成像诊断甲状腺疾病的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 实时剪切波弹性成像(SWE)是近年来迅速发展的新型超声弹性技术,其能够更加精准地分析与评估组织的硬度信息。SWE主要分为二维SWE和三维SWE,目前在甲状腺疾病方面应用较广泛的是二维SWE。二维SWE可提供组织得硬度信息,帮助进一步判断甲状腺结节的良恶性,有助于减少不必要的检查和手术;二维SWE可用于弥漫性甲状腺疾病的诊断,与其他检查手段联合,可提高疾病诊断的准确率;此外SWE也可用于甲状腺癌转移性淋巴结。SWE也存在不足之处,临床应用时应多加注意。 Real-time shear wave elastography(SWE)is a new type of ultrasonic elastography technology developed rapidly in recent years.It can more accurately analyze and evaluate the hardness of tissues.SWE mainly includes twodimensional(2D)SWE and three-dimensional(3D)SWE.Currently,the 2D-SWE is widely used in thyroid diseases.2D-SWE can provide information on the hardness of the tissue,help to further determine the benign and malignant nature of thyroid nodules,and reduce unnecessary examination and surgery.2D-SWE can be used for the diagnosis of diffuse thyroid disease combined with other inspection methods,which can improve the diagnosis accuracy.In addition,SWE can also be used for metastatic lymph nodes of thyroid cancer.However,SWE also has some shortcomings,therefore,due attention is needed in the clinical application.
