医患关系中的患者赋权问题探究——从患者角色的两个维度说起

Exploring the Problem of Patient Empowerment in Doctor-patient Relationship:From Two Dimensions of Patient Role

患者赋权是学界近些年比较有争议的一个研究领域。不同研究者的观点虽有差异,但整体上看,对于患者赋权的认识是一个从模糊到逐渐明晰的过程。在借鉴管理学、社会学等领域的观点基础之上,着重从价值共同创造者和服务共同生产者两个维度来重新审视医患关系中患者的定位,进而提出建立和谐医患关系的基石正是在于实现患者赋权。已有的实践经验证明,通过患者赋权可以带来更加理想的医疗卫生效果,同时也为医患关系,乃至整个医疗保健体系实现健康可持续发展奠定基础。

Patient empowerment is a controversial field of study in recent years.Although there are many differences between different researchers’ views,overall,the understanding of patient empowerment is a process from vagueness to clarity.Based on the viewpoints of management and sociology,this paper examines the patient orientation in the doctorpatient relationship from the two dimensions of value co-creator and service co-producer,and proposes that the cornerstone of establishing a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients lies in the realization.Patient empowerment can bring about better medical and health care effects,and lay the foundation for the doctor-patient relationship and even the healthy and sustainable development of the entire health care system.
