叙事医学是对现代医学人文精神的诉求,是医学的伦理精神体现。临床医生叙事能力培养是叙事医学实践的关键。叙事医学的能力可以分为人文关爱意识能力、叙事技能技巧能力和临床执行能力三个方面。医学叙事能力的培养,可以从理论上分为教育层面和训练层面。教育层面是对医学叙事能力的养成,它需要贯穿在医学教育、医疗实践、医学研究的方方面面;而医学叙事能力的培养是进一步落实在临床实践中体现出的医学人文关爱,是叙事医学的伦理精神的实践。医学叙事能力的培养需要医学教育养成的贯穿和叙事技能的训练,叙事阅读、倾听、写作、境遇结合是医学叙事能力培养的具体落实。

Narrative medicine is the appeal to the humanistic spirit of modern medicine and the embodiment of ethics spirit of medicine.Cultivation of narrative ability of clinicians is the key to practice of narrative medicine.The ability of narrative medicine can be divided into three aspects:humanistic consciousness,narrative skill and clinical implementation capacity.The cultivation of narrative medicine ability can be divided into educational level and training level in theory.Education is the cultivation of narrative medicine ability,which runs through medical education,medical practice and medical research.The cultivation of the ability of narrative medicine is to further implement the medical humanistic care embodied in clinical practice,which is the practice of ethics spirit of narrative medicine.The cultivation of narrative medicine requires the penetration of medical education and the training of narrative skill.The combination of narrative reading,listening,writing and context is the concrete implementation of the training of narrative medicine ability.
