整合医学作为一种新兴的医学体系,是未来医学发展的新趋势。整合医学在促进现代医学模式不断完善与发展的同时,对医院管理中医患关系的改善也产生了诸多积极影响。结合新一轮医药卫生体制改革,以《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》的实施为背景,通过阐述推广整合医学的必要性与当前专科细分下的医患关系中存在的不和谐因素,分析整合医学对改善医患关系的积极影响,并对过程中可能遇到的问题提出解决措施,更好地为患者提供最大福利,推动医患关系和谐健康发展。

As a new medical system,holistic integrated medicine is a new trend of future development of medicine.While promoting the improvement and development of modern medical model,holistic integrated medicine has a lot of positive effects on the improvement of doctor-patient relationship in hospital management.Combined with the new round of health care reform,this paper,based on the implementation of ' Healthy China 2030',expounds the necessity of promoting holistic integrated medicine and the disharmonious factors existing in the doctor-patient relationship under the current situation of specialty subdivision.It also analyzes the positive influence of holistic integrated medicine on improving the doctor-patient relationship and proposes solutions to problems that may occur.
