Discussion on Medicine and Science in Medical Practice

人们对事物观测的角度不同,对医学与科学问题也是众说纷纭。面对医学的现代性困境,医学是否是科学已不是问题,问题是医学将走向何处。因此,从实际出发,捋顺医学与科学的关系对医学发展至关重要。抛开诸多概念或定义上的困惑,医学与科学应该是珠联璧合与相互促进的关系。虽然现代医学有很多非科学成分,正起着十分重要的作用,但医学发展仍然要以科学为主导,并与医学心理和医学社会相结合,重视整体医学理念,加强医学人文渗透,推进医学在更高层面上发展。

There are different opinions about medicine and science due to different angles.Facing the predicament of the modernity of medicine,whether medicine is science is no longer a problem,but where medicine will go.Therefore,from a practical point of view,it is very important to clarify the relationship between medicine and science.Despite the confusion of many concepts or definitions,medicine and science should be closely linked and mutually reinforcing.Although modern medicine has many non-scientific components,which are playing very important roles,the development of medicine still needs to be guided by science.We should also combine medical psychology with medical sociology,attach importance to the concept of holistic medicine,strengthen the penetration of medical humanities,and promote the development of medicine at a higher level.
