中国卫生法学生产力分布格局审视——以国家社科基金2006年～2018年卫生法学类项目为例

Survey on the Distribution Pattern of Productivity of Health Law in China: An Analysis of the Perspective of the National Social Science Fund Projects of Health Law from 2006 to 2018

伴随着中国法治的不断推进,卫生医疗范畴的法律问题逐渐增多,卫生法学学科的传播与需求呈现出上升趋势,以2006年～2018年国家社会科学基金卫生法学类立项项目来审视和量化卫生法学学科的生产力格局,有助于更好把握该学科发展的现实与未来。就立项数量与立项分布项目而言,卫生法学类项目所占权重较低,但有稳步增长的趋势。就研究主体而言,研究梯队不均衡,分布规模分散。就研究主题而言,多为热点内容,创新度与深入度均得到一定强化。欲提升卫生法学学科的生产力,应从研究队伍的发展与建设、研究主题的强化与深化、研究质量的积淀与提升等方面继续努力。

With the continuous advancement of the rule of law in China,legal problems in the field of health care are gradually increasing.The dissemination and demand of the discipline of health law are showing an upward trend.To examine and quantify the productivity pattern of the discipline of health law through the projects of health law of the National Social Science Fund from 2006 to 2018 is helpful to better grasp the reality and future of the development of the discipline.In terms of the number and the distribution of the National Social Science Projects,health law projects have lower weights but a steady growth trend.In terms of the researchers,the research echelon is uneven and the scale of distribution is scattered.For the research themes,most of which are hot topics,and both of the degree of innovation and depth are strengthened.In the future,in order to improve the productivity of the discipline of health law,efforts should be made in the development and construction of research teams,the strengthening and deepening of research theme,and the accumulation and improvement of research quality.
