摘要
对我国4个地区的62份霉烂苹果和梨进行了霉菌分离鉴定和展青霉素的测定,结果表明各地区苹果中展青霉素的主要产毒菌是扩展青霉[Penicillium expansum(Link)Thom],并提出了防止水果染毒的措施。
The isolation and identification of fungi and the determination of patulin were carried out to 62 mouldy fruit samples. These samples included apples and pears which were collected from 4 provinces of China. The results showed that the main fungus producing patulin was Penicillium expansum in these areas. In addition, the prevention of contamination in fruits was discussed.
