摘要
通过医院全面导入“以病人为中心”的服务方式,采用对各级医务人员教育,全面树立以病人为中心的服务意识;加强管理,建立以病人为中心的医疗运行机制;革新模式,创造以病人为中心的现代化医疗服务条件等手段,重建医院整体服务形象,提高服务质量和服务水平。
It was described that our hospital had improved the whole diathesis and medical service level by persisting in focusing on patients. We have built up three effective methods to focus on patients. It consists of giving patients higher quality service by educating doctors and nurses, establishing the mechanism by enhancing management, and creating modern conditions by reforming pattern.
