摘要
颅脑火器伤作为严重的开放性颅脑损伤,死残率居全身各部位伤中的首位。加强对颅脑火器伤研究,是减少战创伤死残率的重要基础。而高温高湿环境下颅脑火器伤既有湿热环境对全身各系统功能影响,又有颅脑火器伤对颅脑功能的机械性损害,二者因素相互作用造成机体更加严重地损伤。因此,进行高温高湿环境下颅脑火器性损伤后病理变化与处置的研究,对于平战时开展积极有效的颅脑火器伤救治工作有着十分重要的意义。
Craniocerebral missile wound (CMW) is a kind of serious open brain injury, of which mortality rate is higher than that due to injuries of other parts. The study on the CMW is the base of decreasing mortality and disability rate of CMW. The two factors, the hot and humid environment having a negative effect on all systems and CMW leading to the brain mechanical injuries, work together so as to cause a more serious wound. Hence, the study on the pathologic changes and treatment of CMW is of great importance to improve effectively the curative activity of CMW during wartime and peacetime.
